Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of LIFETIMEBANNER, purchases of numbered advertising positions, banner publication and the resale marketplace.
1. Operator and contract
The service is operated by . Operator details are available in the Legal Notice. By creating an account, purchasing a position, uploading content or listing a position for resale, you agree to these Terms.
2. What a LifetimeBanner position is
A position is a unique numbered digital advertising placement within the currently released LifetimeBanner wall. Purchasing a position gives the account holder a contractual right to control that numbered placement for the operating lifetime of LifetimeBanner, subject to these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of LifetimeBanner, source code, a domain name, real estate, securities or any financial asset.
“Lifetime” means the period during which LifetimeBanner continues to operate the relevant service. It does not mean the lifetime of a person, company, device or domain registration, and it is not a promise that the service will exist forever.
3. Wall capacity and future releases
LifetimeBanner may increase the number of released positions over time. Existing position numbers are not renumbered merely because capacity grows. Prices for future unsold positions may change. A capacity increase does not alter the numbered position already purchased by an owner.
4. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or enforce these Terms.
5. Banner content and destination links
You remain responsible for your banner, brand name, claims, intellectual-property rights and linked website. You grant LIFETIMEBANNER a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, resize, reproduce and display submitted creative solely to operate, promote and technically deliver the service.
You must not upload or link to content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, malicious, sexually exploitative, hateful where prohibited by law, designed to distribute malware, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law. We may remove or disable content, links or marketplace listings when reasonably required by law, platform safety, payment-provider rules or these Terms. Removing prohibited content does not necessarily cancel ownership of the numbered position.
6. Image processing
For security and performance, supported uploaded images are decoded and re-encoded into new image files. The original uploaded file is not served directly. We may create multiple optimized image sizes for the wall, public position pages and social previews.
7. Original purchases
The price shown at checkout is the one-time purchase price for the selected available position. Ownership is assigned only after payment confirmation. A temporary checkout reservation does not constitute ownership. Taxes, where applicable, may be added or included as required by law.
8. Resale marketplace
An owner may list an eligible position for resale. The seller sets the resale price and provides a valid PayPal payout email. On a completed resale, the position transfers to the buyer and the platform deducts the disclosed marketplace commission. Seller proceeds are placed in an administrative payout queue and are paid manually to the recorded PayPal address. Sellers are responsible for ensuring their payout address is correct and for their own taxes and reporting obligations.
We may remove a resale listing for legal, safety, fraud, payment or Terms-enforcement reasons. Removing a listing alone does not remove the seller’s ownership of the underlying numbered position.
9. Consumer rights and withdrawal
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If you are an EU/EEA consumer entering a distance contract, you may have a statutory withdrawal right, commonly 14 days for services, subject to applicable exceptions and rules. Where you expressly request that advertising service performance begin immediately, applicable law may require you to pay a proportionate amount for service already supplied if you later validly withdraw.
During the applicable withdrawal period, we provide a prominently accessible online “Withdraw from contract here” function. Submission of a request does not predetermine whether the legal requirements for withdrawal are met; we will assess it under applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
10. Availability and service changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security incidents, hosting failures, legal obligations or events outside reasonable control can cause temporary interruption. We may make reasonable technical and security changes while preserving purchased position numbers wherever practicable.
11. Fees, refunds and chargebacks
Except where mandatory law, an approved withdrawal, payment-provider rules or these Terms require otherwise, confirmed purchases are non-refundable. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in temporary account or position restrictions while the dispute is investigated.
12. Intellectual property
The LifetimeBanner name, interface, wall system, code, design and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Advertisers retain rights in their own submitted materials subject to the limited hosting licence above.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, advertiser websites, third-party products, user claims, or content supplied by users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer protections.
14. Enforcement, reports and appeals
Illegal-content reports can be submitted through Report Content. Users affected by a moderation decision are informed where appropriate and may use the Support Center to request internal review and provide relevant information. We may preserve records where reasonably necessary for legal, fraud, accounting or dispute purposes.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by , subject to mandatory consumer-law protections that may apply in your country of residence. Any mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
