This notice explains how processes personal data when you use LIFETIMEBANNER.

2. Data we process
- Account data: name, email, business/brand name, password hash, account status and acceptance records.
- Advertising data: position number, banner title, processed banner images, destination URL and ownership history.
- Transaction data: order identifiers, amount, currency, payment provider, payment status, resale price, commission and PayPal payout destination for sellers.
- Support and moderation data: tickets, messages, illegal-content reports, withdrawal requests and related administrative notes.
- Technical/security data: session identifiers and server/security logs that may contain IP address, user agent, timestamps and request information.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- To create accounts, provide purchased positions, process orders and transfers, and provide support: performance of a contract.
- To keep accounting, tax, payment and legally required records: compliance with legal obligations.
- To secure the platform, prevent fraud, moderate content, investigate abuse and defend legal claims: legitimate interests in operating a secure and lawful service, balanced against user rights.
- Where consent is specifically requested for an optional feature, processing is based on consent and may be withdrawn for the future.
4. Recipients and service providers
Data may be shared only as necessary with hosting/infrastructure providers, transactional email providers, Stripe for card/Stripe checkout, PayPal for PayPal checkout and seller payouts, professional advisers, and authorities where disclosure is legally required. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy terms.
5. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside your country or the EEA. Where required, transfers are handled using an applicable adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
6. Retention
Active account and position data are retained while needed to provide the service. Financial and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting, tax and legal rules. Security logs, support records, moderation reports and password-reset data are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose, legal obligations or dispute handling. Expired reset tokens may be deleted automatically.
7. Cookies and local storage
LifetimeBanner uses essential session/security technology required for login, CSRF protection and account functions. We do not enable advertising or analytics cookies by default. Payment providers may set their own cookies after you proceed to their payment environment. See the Cookie Policy.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase or restrict personal data, object to certain processing, receive data in a portable format, and lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent for future processing.

9. Security
We use measures including password hashing, session controls, CSRF protection, prepared database statements, restricted upload types, image decoding/re-encoding and transport security. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
LifetimeBanner is intended for persons who can lawfully enter into the relevant contract. It is not directed to young children.
11. Automated decisions
The core service does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Automated technical checks may be used for security, upload validation and fraud prevention.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
